Gordon Parks

 1. His photo essay on the life of a Harlem gang leader won him acclaim and a position as the first African American photographer for Life.

2. Other than photography, Parks did musical composition and painted.

3. I like this picture Parks took because it really helps convey a message that change was needed. The man looks unhappy and the conditions he is working in don't look good.
